A total video and audio solution that will allow you to video with our high quality SC5116 colour camera and watch / listen to the video on your TV or record it on your VCR. The 8mm lens is suitable for classroom use including the display of text etc. Includes camera, lens, flexible gooseneck on a heavy base, mains adaptor and leads. An optional adaptor allows the camera to sit over your microscope - details of your microscope will be required so that we can supply the correct adaptor. The mounting of the camera is fairly rigid so the microscope adaptor will not be required by many users.

This tiny, 85x65x40mm, camera with internal microphone fits in the palm of your hand. Video or stills are stored in the 32MB memory which can be increased using a SD/MMC card. View images on: the 37mm LCD screen; a TV or edit and store on a computer. Uses USB1 port with: Win98SE, ME, XP, Linux, Mac OS9 or above. With camera bag, cables and software. Requires 2 x AA batteries. Max still resolution 2048x1536. Focal range 70cm to infinity, macro 20-50cm. Records about 7 minutes of 320 x 240 pixels video on 32MB memory. Very nifty, great for recording excursions or experiments but not for a video masterpiece.

This device simply plugs into our computer's monitor socket and then into your TV's video or S-video input allowing the use of the TV as a computer monitor. It also allows simultaneous viewing on both the TV and the monitor. Really easy to use as no software is required. Ideal for viewing DVDs, presentations, internet etc. on a TV rather than a monitor. Suits IBM PCs. Apple computer users may need to purchase extra adaptors.

Capacitance Boxes or Set
Best quality capacitors with high voltage ratings 250V and 5% accuracy are selected by rocker switches or by connecting directly to the banana sockets. Connection is by 4mm banana sockets.

EM0935-001
Uses a capacitor to store a charge from a battery or power supply that can power a small lamp even hours after the supply has been disconnected. Connecting the capacitor to an oscilloscope or meter allows the decay or decrease of the charge to be seen. Also use to work out the Time Constant.
