A tiny (98x39x18mm) pocket, hand held anemometer supplied with a CR2032 battery and neckstrap. Measures wind speed in Km/h, m/s, Knots or MPH for numeric display and simultaneously displays the wind speed graphically on the 1 to 10 Beauford wind scale bar graph. Also displays wind chill and temperature in ºC or ºF. Auto power off and a backlight for nightime use. Current, maximum and averaged (from 2 to 10 seconds) readings can be displayed. Unlike our other anemometer it does not have a hard cover but it fits into our general purpose soft vinyl carrycase measuring 125x95x30mm.

Hand held or mount on a camera tripod. The two line display shows both windspeed and temperature. Displays wind speed in: knots, km/hr, m/sec, MPH, FPM and numeric Beauford Wind Scale (1-17). Also shows: wind chill or temperature in °F or °C. Can also show maximum or averaged readings over 2, 5, 10 or 13 seconds. With data hold, auto power off and neckband. Replaceable impeller. New rugged design which encloses the coil, heavy base with rubber feet makes clamping unnecessary. A rod at the rear enables mounting from a retort stand bosshead. Easily used portable timer with large LCD screen. Battery operated (3xAA), auto power off. Control from front panel push buttons or external inputs eg photogates. Four sockets give start and stop control from momentary make and break switching. Two other sockets provide a run and stop function with maintained make and break switching. Works with all types of photogates. Intelligently sets its start/stop modes by automatically checking external connections before timing begins. It does not matter if external circuits are opened or closed as the timer will always start correctly. Resolution: 0.0001 up to 1.9999 seconds; 0.001 seconds up to 19.999 seconds and 0.01 seconds up to 199.99 seconds. The stopping of the timer by a front panel button or by remote signal automatically stores up to 20 readings in memory.
