Minimum service charge for products returned for service, cleaning, maintenance or checkup. Does not include freight cost to or from us or any parts that are required.

The service charge covers our time spent collecting and booking in a product, diagnosing faults (if any), minor repairs, running post repair tests, packing and delivering to post office or courier. Covers a maximum of one hour spent on all repair and associated tasks.

After examining a product we will contact you and provide a cost estimate if labour costs could exceed an hour of our time and/or if parts are required.

You will only be charged if the repair is not covered by warranty.
