IEC POWER SUPPLY 2-12V AC/DC 5A WITH OVERLOAD LED

This general purpose mains powered power supply is a robust and compact unit designed for general laboratory use. It is suitable for most laboratory experiments where close voltage regulation and DC ripple are not important. Output is up to 12V AC or DC switched in 2V steps. The DC output is full wave rectified but not filtered.
The modern compact housing has a convenient sloping front panel and two inbuilt carry handles. Mains cable is removable for ease of storage and replacement. Rubber feet grip the bench and prevent the unit from rocking or sliding.
An illuminated mains switch is on the front panel and overload protection automatically resets the unit with an audible click and front panel LED indicator when tripped and reset.

• Output Voltage 2 to 12V AC/DC and switch selectable in 2 volt steps
• Output Current of continuous 5A AC or continuous 6A DC
• The DC output is un-smoothed
