An extra high voltage power supply to operate spectrum (spectral) discharge tubes. Complete with tube support.

• Supplies 4kV at 3mA max
• The top terminal can be moved to accommodate tubes of different lengths in the vertical position
• Takes the hassle out of using spectrum discharge tubes with induction coils
• Safe: designed to the correct electrical safety and engineering standards
• Compact and easy to use, the unit takes very little space in the lab
• Power is applied by a single illuminated rocker switch on the front panel

Spectrum discharge tubes are not included. Available tubes are listed below.

The maximum spectrum discharge tube diameter that can be inserted into the high voltage socket recess is 15.5mm.
